As Senior Vice President, Patty Delk works collaboratively with our teams, clients, and partners to ensure kglobal continues to deliver innovative, world-class communications and consumer experiences. She brings over 20 years of strategic communications, client management, and branding experience to her work, as well as a robust background in organizational development, change management, and product development.
Patty has worked across a variety of roles and industries, including retail (Banana Republic, Britches of Georgetown), sports (NASCAR — where she served as the Motorsports Marketing Director for the sport’s licensed publications), online marketing (including several years at Yodle), and software development.
Patty’s talents have served the Bomstein Agency, the W.C. & A.N. Miller Development Company, and Streetsense. At Streesense, she served as the Director of Account Service and then Director of Integrated Strategy.
Before joining kglobal, Patty served as the Managing Director of Global Customer Care for Streetsense, which has offices in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, New York, Madrid, and the UK. There she partnered with multiple clients to redesign corporate imaging, marketing, and branding strategies, including Logitech, Marriott, Hilton, Girl Scouts, Vidal Sassoon, CBRE, and the home construction company, Toll Brothers.
In addition to her eight Addy Awards, Patty holds a BA in Public Relations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is also a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation (FIRO) Instrument. When she’s not busy solving strategic puzzles, Patty is an active member of the District of Columbia arts community through her work with Washington Project for the Arts and Sitar Arts Center.
One last thing… Patty is a very proud plant-mom, having kept her urban jungle of over 30 houseplants alive for nearly three years.
