Lauren Neiberg is an Account Executive supporting the U.S. Navy Office of Information (CHINFO), where she conducts social and digital media analysis, and supports communication planning.
Prior to joining kglobal, she was the Director of Academic Affairs at the Consulate General of Israel to the Midwest, where she focused on helping to develop relationships between American and Israeli universities through study abroad and academic research programs. She also coordinated the itineraries of visiting dignitaries and speakers, as well as organized conferences for student leaders from across the Midwest.
Lauren received her Master of Arts in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in May 2019, where she focused on International Security and Counterterrorism. She wrote her Master’s thesis on Saudi Arabian and Iranian irregular warfare in Yemen, and in the summer of 2018, she conducted research at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy on Yemen and Shi’a militias in the region. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
One last thing . . . a native of Chicago, Lauren will fight to the death about deep dish pizza being the best type of pizza in existence, and if she felt like folding her pizza in half she would just eat a grilled cheese instead.
