Hayley Advokat is a skilled public relations professional. She produces results for clients looking to change minds and grow their market through her innovative ideas and enthusiastic energy. As a fearless and creative practitioner, Hayley works on a wide variety of projects at kglobal, including media relations, crisis and issues management, thought leadership, and strategic social & digital-media outreach.
Before joining kglobal, Hayley worked in the Department of Labor’s Women’s Bureau. During her time at the DOL, Hayley organized events and roundtable discussions for government agencies and advocacy groups focused on how to better address issues within the workforce for immigrant women in the United States. She also worked at a technology company where she was a member of the sales and marketing team. Through her marketing experience, she has developed a natural ability to communicate and form relationships with potential and current clients.
Hayley holds a Bachelor’s in Law and Public Policy from Dickinson College. She is also currently pursuing her M.P.S. in Strategic Public Relations from George Washington University’s Professional Studies School.
One last thing…Originally from New Jersey, Hayley is used to sneaking off to New York City during her free time…even today she still tries to venture there as much as possible to see as many Broadway shows as she can! So far her favorite is Les Misérables!
