Bennett Artman is a public relations and political communications professional specialized in issues management, policy advocacy and editorial and opinion content creation. And with his deep interest in international affairs, Bennett brings to kglobal a broad understanding of global histories, cultures and issues, especially as they relate to natural resources, energy and extractive industries, economic development, climate change and the environment.
Prior to joining kglobal, Bennett worked with Media Theory LLC, a boutique public relations and political communications agency in Washington, D.C. While there, Bennett gained unique exposure to a range of crisis communications, issues advocacy, executive positioning, multimedia design and development and other projects for clients such as the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center of Atlantic Council, a think tank, and Amsterdam and Partners LLP, an international law firm.
Before arriving in D.C. Bennett graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s in Public Policy and Latin American Studies, spent a semester studying in and exploring South America and completed internships with NC state Senator Jeff Jackson, the NC Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) and Liberty Square Group.
