Prior to joining kglobal, Jeffrey worked as a Senior Economist for the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and taught economics and public administration at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Jeffrey has a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an M.P.A in Public Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a B.A. in Economics from Marquette.
