Brian serves as kglobal’s Director of Corporate Development focused on strategic expansion of the Company platform through corporate acquisitions and project development. Working closely with senior management, Brian will identify potential M&A opportunities and provide consulting, public relations, and commercialization services for various firms in the surrounding area.
Prior to joining kglobal, Brian honed his financial and analytical skills as an Investment Banking Analyst for BB&T Capital Markets, one of the country’s largest financial services holding companies. Here, he worked to execute multi-million-dollar M&A sell-side deals in the Commercial & Industrial and Transportation & Logistics industries. Previous to this, Brian held an internship analyst position at BB&T Capital Markets, Windsor Group that executed M&A deals in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services sectors. Brian gained early experience in the defense and public relations industries through internships both here at kglobal as a Research Associate and at Zenetex as a Summer Intern.
Brian graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University where he received a B.S. degree in Applied Economic and Management and a Minor in Biological Sciences. While at Cornell, Brian served as Social Chair for his fraternity (Alpha Epsilon Pi), as well as a Board Member for the Student Management Corporation.
Outside of the office, Brian has a passion for wildlife and nature and enjoys spending time outdoors. He is the proud owner of Mr. Bojangles, his pet hedgehog, as well as various fish.
